Jared Jared Booye (President/CEO)
Jared is currently the CEO of Zumeo LLC and Zumeo.com, a Web 2.0 career based social network and job matching tool for Generation Y. Jared was formally the CEO and founder of Filmore Video, a multimedia production suite specializing in internal video marketing and promotion. Before that, Jared worked closely with Generation Y for 9 years as a Youth Pastor and Community Facilitator. Jared has extensive knowledge of both web 2.0 and human resources. He has worked closely with human resource departments of many large enterprises to provide services and develop invaluable partnerships.
Justinshirt Justin McCord (VP Client Services)
Justin received a bachelors degree in Public Relations and Business Management from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining Zumeo, Justin was the Conference Director for an international continuing education company where he was in charge of planning, budgeting and marketing for national and regional conferences and seminars training professionals dealing with corporate bankruptcies and business turnarounds.
Adam Adam Braly (Co-founder / VP Technology)
Adam is a highly skilled developer from Oregon Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in database technology, and is fluent in top web programming languages such as PHP, HTML, AJAX, XML, and javascript.
brian Bryan Anderson (Developer)
Mr. Anderson received a two-year associates in graphics design and web development from Rogue Community College, and then moved on to Southern Oregon University where he completed his bachelors degree in computer science and multimedia. He has worked for an international continued education company for the past 3 years as a web developer, develops in various programming languages (PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET, javascript, AJAX), and produces graphic designs for printed materials. In addition to his daily duties, Bryan also has completed a variety of freelance works for various companies thanks to his experience in database design and web development.

Steve Brown

Mr. Brown is currently the President of CDS Publications, which is part of Consolidated Graphics, one of the largest printing companies in the country. For the past twenty years, Steve has been involved in technology-oriented printing and communications solutions for customers such as Apple, Microsoft, T-Mobile, SBC/AT&T and alike. These solutions have been focused around internet-driven customization and personalization programs, aimed at helping large corporations communicate more effectively to their customers by leveraging cross-media tools. Steve has used these tools to develop global manufacturing infrastructures, integrating translation, localization and globalization services to help customers communicate more effectively in different geographies. In addition, he has leveraged customer data and other asset management practices to execute successful 1:1 marketing initiatives with these customers.

Philip Carmichael

Mr. Carmichael has over 20 years of experience in database design and software development in a wide variety of industries. As CTO of Aspect Software Engineering, Philip designed dbWeb, one of the first products on the market for publishing databases on the web in 1995. Soon after, he created iBasic, which was one of the first server platforms for building web applications. Aspect was later acquired by Microsoft and his ideas became Active Server Pages, the most widely used product for building web applications in the world. Philip was the group program manager for MSN Search, coordinating business and technical priorities and shipping the service on time. Search is now one of the most profitable businesses at MSN. Philip was a group manager in Microsoft’s Natural Interactive Services Division working to establish the vision, priorities and plan for the Natural User Interface Platform. In addition, Philip developed programs at Microsoft to bring developers and customers closer together in order to increase awareness about the needs of customers. “Microsoft Connect” gives customers a way to communicate directly with members of Microsoft product groups. This customer input is invaluable and has resulted in significant improvements to Microsoft products based on customer feedback. Philip is keenly interested in the way media can act as a positive force in our lives, bringing people closer together and making new connections.

Wendi Brown

Ms. Brown has more than 20 years of work experience grounded in marketing, advertising, recruiting and organizational change management for both private and public organizations. Her expertise combining marketing and recruiting concepts in public sector organizations has set industry standards and transformed organizations through branding and cutting-edge approaches to target marketing and recruiting solutions. Wendi provides general management oversight for client relations, program development and recruiting consulting services. She works directly with clients and project teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that are on time and on budget. Often leading workshops, training and brainstorm sessions for clients as part of the project delivery process, Wendi provides solutions, leadership and ensures a positive client experience.

Michael Cowan

With more than 25 years as a Human Resources Executive for Fortune 500 companies focused in the high-tech, manufacturing and service industries, Michael Cowan is a valued member of the Zumeo advisory board. Michael held executive management positions with Hewlett Packard, Raytheon, Fairchild Semiconductor, Scientific Atlanta and Cisco Systems, has negotiated international labor and union contracts, and has led organizations through major business and market changes.
